Return Policy

7 Day Returns on Most Items

Sometimes things don’t work out and we get it and it’s why we have a flexible returns policy.

At the end of the day, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. So, we accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery. Keep reading to find out what qualifies.

All returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all clothing tags attached (if applicable) and with all original packaging

To initiate a returns request:

  1. Go to our Contact Us page and send us a message including your order number using the contact form.
  2. We will respond to your request promptly and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for completing the return. Please NOTE that a $5 handling fee may be deducted from all refunds upon approval of the return. But if we sent you an item in error (wrong product, wrong color, wrong size), we will pay for the return handling.

    Refunds

    Your return will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it meets the guidelines for returned merchandise noted above (unworn, unwashed, with original packaging, etc.).

    Once we approve your refund, we will credit the original method of payment within 24-48 hours of business days. Refunds will include the amount you paid for the merchandise, including taxes if applicable. The $5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund (If applicable).

    We will notify you if we determine that your return is not eligible for a refund. This  will occur when the return does not meet the guidelines for returns stated within this policy.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund within the above time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
